I have posted before and finally got the print out of my thyroid results.
Thyroid Function Test
serum TSH level 1.67mIU/L (0.34-5.6)
serum free T4 level 10.20 pmol/L (7.5-21.1)
I have so many symptoms, but doctor is insisting my results are normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have put on 2 stone of unexplainable weight gain, muscle and bone pain, hair and eyebrow loss, dry skin , fatique. Any help would be great. My test was in July, in the morning but had not been told to fast, so had eaten breakfast.

So you need to get that up either with an iron supplement or try eating liver regularly, maximum 200mcg weekly. Also, include other iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

The doctor has not recently tested vitamin d but told me to take a daily multivitamin
