Tsh 0.05

Ft4 19.4 (12-22)

Ft3 4.9 (3.1-6.8)

Have added 6.25 T3 2 weeks ago and another 6.25 T3 a week ago. Is this an ok dose do you think? Or is it likely too much t3 ?

Beenies Is that set of results whilst on Levo plus T3 or before you started adding Levo?

If whilst on Levo only then you wont know if your current combination dose is OK until you retest. I would hold your doses at your current levels for 6 weeks then retest.

Thank you so much. It was before starting T3. What overdose symptoms shall I look out for? Do you always get an increased heart rate if on too much?

I've only ever experienced problems once, when changing brand of T3 and I did a straight swap not realising the new brand was stronger. My symptoms were very high blood pressure and racing pulse (109 at it's highest). Not a pleasant experience as it lasted 2 days, so it's advised to start low and increase gradually. Your 12.5mcg should raise your FT3 but probably keep it in range, so waiting 6 weeks from your last increase to retest would be about right then you could see if there's room for a further increase.
