Have you always been only on 25mcg or has dose recently been reduced
You have Hashimoto's (high antibodies) and are currently very under medicated
You will need a 25mcg dose increase, repeat blood test in 6-8 weeks and likely repeat this several times until TSH is low within range - usually one or slightly less
Hashimoto's affects the gut, low stomach acid leading to low vitamin levels. Do you also gave test results for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
These are likely to need supplementing
Also Hashimoto's very commonly results in gluten intolerance
Very very many of us find changing to gluten free diet
See The Thyroid Pharmacist website for masses of info about Hashimoto's
Also Amy Myers and Chris Kresser

Thanks for reply I have always been on 25mcg thyroxine
I will post other results now
How long specifically have you been on 25 mcg? This is an "starter dose" most often used on children or the elderly - no GP should have kept you at this dose! Your TSH is way over the range at 6.1, so what on earth has been done about follow up bloodwork as per protocol? Your GP is either in a coma or got their credentials from a cereal box 😳 Seriously you need to see someone else for proper treatment immediately.
Thanks for reply I have been on 25mcg since diagnosis despite results showing over range TSH at times and no follow up has been given
