You are currently underdosed so no, you won't be overdosed if you increase your medication. Most people feel well when their TSH is around 1.0 or slightly lower.
Oh that's ok then. I have symptoms of sweats, tremor, shaking, high pulse, low blood pressure, insomnia, gritty eyes, weight loss and this is why I am reluctant to increase.
You could increase very slowly, taking 75mcg on alternate days. Have you had your vitamin D levels tested? Your symptoms could be down to low vitamin levels.
You need to have Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin tested and if you post them here people will be able to help. Doctors don't seem to tell patients when their vitamin levels are not optimal but we need them to be at least half way in range and top of range for B12 in order for our levothyroxine to work efficiently and for us to feel well.

Yes, you do have Hashimotos otherwise known as thyroid autoimmune disease. 95% of people who are hypothyroid have Hashimotos so you're in good company.
