Mexican T3 not arrived

My T3 from Mexico has not arrived and despite receiving a dispatch email and tracking info and the payment having gone through, it is showing as pending on account. They have not responded to emails sent over the last couple of days and I am concerned that £75 is now vanished.

I have had three deliveries of Mexican T3 over the last 2 years and always arrives fairly swiftly. Have you used that company before?

Yes I used them a few months ago. I am concerned that they are not answering my emails. It is the one that bills you through another site, not the one that pretends to send you a rug!

Sounds like the same company I've used most recently..... have to mess about trying to log into a completely different site to pay and see when it's been despatched.

How long have you been waiting? Mine took a day over 2 weeks to arrive. I don't think it ever showed as despatched on the website.

Hi it takes about two to three weeks to arrive. When you log back in and go into you past orders select the order there will be a reference number. Put it into this site correosdemexico.com.mx/Cons... press the busca it will tell you something in different language when I converted it it was basically just telling me on route to destination. Then there is nothing till arrived at Heathrow then use this Royal Mail royalmail.com/business/trac... when it lands it updates here then you can expand to see details on its journey through the UK hope this helps.

Mine arrive this morning from Mexico, after I placed the order on the 8th. To be fair I expected it to be another couple of weeks...

It has been nearly a month now, I have tracked it and my rudimentary Spanish has translated that it is has left the country, but not arrived in the UK ( The royal mail site has refernence, but no info for item). I have had a previous order with this supplier, but it is the non response to emails and the confusing websites that is concerning me. As has been pointed out they may be very busy due to the Greek T3 issues which may be why they aren't answering emails, but it is very concerning that they aren't getting back to me. Have nearly run out now and a bit panicky!

Does anyone know where I stand with regards to getting my money back if they continue to ignore my emails, according to a PM I have just had they are answering other emails promptly today, presumably they haven't got their money yet!

You haven't said how long it has been since you ordered the T3. This is important.

Just thought I would update this thread for watchers. My order has not arrived and is not showing on tracking as having arrived in the UK. I ordered on 23 July and have been told that I have to wait until today for any action. They are being quite difficult and stalling, telling me to contact the post office, even though it is clear from tracking on the Royal Mail and Mexican post office websites that it has not arrived in this country. I will update you if they finally accede to my request for replacement or refund.

I think mine took about 4 weeks to come from ordering beginning of July. They came just in time before my uni pharma T3 ran out! So I was stressing.

However I can tell the quality is very good and I've actually had to reduce my dose and increase slowly due to side effects at first. Now I'm on a lower dose than before as they are stronger but I feel a lot better on these than those from Greece.

They also responded well when I contacted them chasing my order as I was fretting and it did arrive sooner than I thought it would as I was allowing the 6 weeks from order.

So hope you receive your order very soon!

It's a long time since I've been on here. Checking today to see if anyone is having trouble making payment for the Mexican T3. I last placed an order in April 2017 which took five weeks to arrive by the way if that helps answer any concerns but only after I emailed Marisa the lady who seems to deal with admin. Might be worth doing that if not already. Payment was made by Openpay which she sent a link by Email. This time having placed the order I receive an email to another site to pay. It will not accept any of my Visa cards. My banks say it's not them declining the cards. Can't seem to get any response about alternative ways to pay. Looking into bitcoin but not sure how that works yet. Any ideas.

Well still not arrived, I have officially run out of everything and am back on the dreaded T4 . They say that they have sent a new batch and it has tracked as far as the Mexican border again, but no update for over a week. All this while starting a Masters at Uni.

Good news my T3 has arrived from one company , the replacement to my lost parcel ordered on 24 July. I am still waiting for a parcel sent ,ironically 1 week earlier, from the other Mexican site. Relieved is an understatement though

Grateful if someone could p.m. me with new address of Mexican T3 supplier given on their invoice/delivery note. Purely for reassurance that it is right company. Just received first order, but as mentioned above, re-directed for ordering/payment which is all very different to the way ordering once was. Would be grateful - it does look right. Thanks 😊
