T3 order from Mexico has not arrived

It's been 3 weeks now and my order of Cynomel still has not arrived. The pharmacy ignores all my e-mails asking for a tracking reference. I even tried calling them, but got a voicemail. I will run out of my current supply in a week and am terrified. I will have to go back on thyroxine Is it true what people say that Cynomel by Grossman is no longer available due to production issues? Has anyone been able to source it recently? Please send me a private message if you know of suppliers who still sell it.

When I ordered from one of the Mexican suppliers last year, I was informed by them that it generally takes between 19 and 26 days to arrive, a tracking number was included in the despatch email and it said that once it leaves Mexico then track through our own postal service.

So if there are no hold-ups, the normal delivery time hasn't yet expired (unless your despatch email says something different, and you've used the same company as me).

I did hear that there was a delay in production, I also heard that delivery is taking up to 5 weeks and that US Customs is paying special attention to parcels from Mexico. Not particularly good news at all

Hey Susie,

I hope that's all it is, just a delay in customs or something. I am just getting a little worried, as they did not provide me a tracking number and they aren't responding to queries. I used them in the past and didn't have issues, parcels usually arrived within 3 weeks. I'll keep waiting, hopefully it will get here soon...

I ordered some Cynomel from Mexico a couple of months ago and received my order in exactly 3 weeks although I think I was lucky and used all of their stock up as I understand that its not available at the moment. I also live in the East Midlands where a large bulk of air traffic comes into the Uk which could have helped. I have had to Email my supplier in Mexico before now and have been treated well and quickly so lets hope they get production going again soon.

I contacted another pharmacy in Mexico in the meantime and they told me that Cynomel has been 'out of the market for the last 2 months'. I just hope my order still managed to be fulfilled....

I just ordered some from a Thai supplier. I was told it only 7-10 days to UK.

It’s called LA. Thailand brand. Each tab is 100 mcg. liothyronine and there are 100 tablets in a bottle.

I was advised, a month ago, that Cynomel should be back in stock around now, following a production delay....the supplier has been reliable so far, so fingers tightly crossed ...for all of us.

Small update from me: unfortunately my order has still not arrived and it's been 5 weeks now since I placed it. The pharmacy has not responded to any of my e-mails and has not provided the tracking reference. I have requested a refund. The really bad news is that I am back on thyroxine as my T3 supply has run out. If anyone could pm me a T3 supplier that has stock these days, I would really appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear that Yenna, and very disappointed that yet another supplier thinks it's OK to not respond to customers' enquiries when orders don't arrive. I sincerely hope you are issued a refund, please let us know so that we can warn people if you don't get your refund.

As for other suppliers, it would be better to make a new post as this thread is a couple of weeks old and won't appear at the top of the page with all the new posts. Your post will have to be closed but members will PM you if they can help.

Hi Yenna, I placed my order about 6 weeks ago now, no replies to my emails either. I guess they are inundated. Pity they can't just put a notice on website - "awaiting stock" or whatever. If anyone knows where to source same brand I'd appreciate a pm with details please. Seems there are supply issues with few suppliers at moment.
