Hi, has anyone ordered thyroid gold from America or delivery to the uk, I ordered mine on the 20th July yet still no sign of it. I'm not sure how long it would take from the US to the UK. Does anyone know? I have emailed Tammy as I can't locate her email with the tracking number. Getting a little concerned to be honest a lot of money to lose.

It could be delayed by customs, who intercept parcels from America and stick VAT and a Post Office handling charge on it, which you then have to pay for before you pick up the parcel. This always happens to me. Tammy would be able to tell you when she posted it.

Hi Scazzoh, yes I wondered if it might be that but would they add extra on even though I've paid shipping costs, not good if they do as I may have to end up losing it as it has cost me £95 already. I hope not though

Shipping costs are not the same as tax on goods. Here is a link to the Gov.UK site which explains how it works. It is very annoying, in my view, especially as we have to pay for our own medication in the first place which we should be getting free of charge from the NHS. The £8 handling fee which Royal Mail charges just adds insult to injury.

Hi . I order Thyrogold. It usually takes about two weeks. They are very reliable. But I always have to pay custom tax this end. It works out expensive. Hence I am looking into Thyroid S which is cheaper

It has been 4 weeks though so starting to wonder, if customs are too expensive I won't be able to pay it. I will wait and see. I noted on the website that if any orders are lost then they won't be held responsible which I can understand. I just wish I hadn't ordered now. I've had thyroid S from abroad and didn't have to pay customs on that

Thank you yes I have contacted Tammy and waiting for her response, I did have an email with the tracking number but I can't find it so have asked her for it again.

Well, I still have not received my Thyroid Gold, I have checked the sorting office in my area and there is no record of it. They said it may be held up at customs Heathrow but I'm sure Tammy has sent numerous packages out to UK so why I've not received mine. I don't know what else to do now but keep hoping it will turn up. X

Hey Vinchento, did your Thyro Gold arrive? I've been looking into trying it and am shocked that a) you have to order 2 bottles minimum when it might not even be suitable for you b) shipping is extortionate and c) it might not even arrive for some of us and if it doesn't then you've already signed a firm so you lose your money. With the added charge this end too that's around £100 down the drain. It seems pretty risky. I really hope yours comes Vin.
