You're slightly under-medicated and have a slight conversion problem. Maybe an in crease in levo will do it, maybe you need T3 added.
Thanks greygoose Currently taking 3 grains of NDT would you advise to add the 5mcg T3 to this?
Ah. Well, those are low results for 3 grains. How do you take your hormone? On an empty stomach, etc.? Do you take PPIs?
Take first thing in morning and nothing for an hour after
PPls???
Medication for acid reflux. They lower stomach acid and cause absorption problems.
Oh gotcha
No doesn't take any
Going to add 5 mcg of T3 starting tomorrow and take it from there I think 😬
Well, you could try that. But, I do think you ought to address your absorption problem, too. Maybe it would be a good idea to do a home test to find out if you have low stomach acid :

At the end of this article, it tells you how.
And, you should definitely get your nutrients tested, as Marz suggests, below. Not only will low stomach acid affect them, but low nutrients will affect secretion of stomach acid.
As was suggested in an earlier post about your daughter you need good levels of B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD for thyroid hormones to work well in the body ? Have you been tested and do you have results with ranges. Do you both have Hashimotos ?
Thank you for saying that you are on NDT as it puts a different slant on your readings. When on any form of T3 then the results are read differently, TSH will be depressed, FT4 an drop down to halfway in the range but FT3 should be high in the range and the only accurate result is the FT3 which has room for improvement so firstly you are undermedicated.
The other suggestion that you are not converting well is impossible to tell when you are taking T3. To do that you have to compare FT4 and FT3 when to are taking Levo only. In that both the FT4 and FT3 readings both need to be in the top third or even top quarter of their respective ranges. If there is an imbalance then conversion is most likely failing. On any form of T3 the FT4 can fall and can is the problem so you can't compare them accurately. If you have a set of readings from taking just Levo then that could give us a clue but again it's now a historical reading so not to be relied on.
Marz suggests 4 tests to do. These 4 help the Thyroid to convert and your general health improve as well so I would advise testing those then start another post with your results and ranges. Doctors often think that in range is good but it's where in the range that matters and they do t always suggest the best way to improve them either.
Getting those optimal with improve and may also correct any conversion issues but it is measured often in months rather than weeks depending how low the figures are but well worth doing. I sorted mine before I started NDT and it worked well. I didn't lose a great deal of weight but had a better defined body. Lost half a stone without trying though. In the mean time don't over do the exercising, be kind to yourself so let your body hopefully improve.
