Vitamin D 44.1 is insufficient and 800iu is insufficient to treat it. My sister was prescribed 2 x 20,000iu per week which raised her vitD from 40 in about six months. You can buy vitamin D3 without prescription. If you buy on Amazon please use the affiliate link healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. Increase Ferrous Fumarate to 3 x 210mg daily and take each tablet with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Retest in 4-6 months. Iron should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Folate is deficient. My GP prescribed 5mg folic acid for a couple of months to correct folate deficiency.
Muscle cramps can be due to low magnesium. Try magnesium citrate which should be taken at night and at lease 4 hours away from Levothyroxine. Magnesium oil spray and Epsom Salt baths can also relieve muscle cramps.
