Hi I bought the above 2 weeks ago it says use for 2months only then go to a not so high strength. Due to the b6 dose of 50mg this was the advisory dept at nature's best. I read today on here looking back on advise on vitamins I came across a much lower dose of b6 is advisable I eat lots of fruits kiwi oranges berries fresh lychee fish diet no meat. Mushrooms and asparagus fresh beetroots are my main veggies I enjoy. Brazil nuts only 3 a day I also take ferrous sulphate 2 times a day as I want to top it up as it was low end of range also take magnesium citrate 150mg once a day so I thought adding a B complex would be good but bit concerned about too much b6 can anyone advise please.....

Personally I don't like the fixed amounts in those type of B Complex - 100 of this and that, or even the 50 dose ones. I have used both Thorne Basic B (one capsule) and Metabolics (2 capsules gives the same amount as Thorne) and been very happy with them. Both of them give the bioavailable forms of the ingredients, both give 10mg B6 (in the doses mentioned) and Metabolics add no extra ingredients, just the active ones.
By the way, if you are eating Brazil nuts for selenium, the pack must say that they have been grown in selenium rich soil otherwise they don't contain any.
Hi Thank you Seaside Susie I didn't know that about Brazil nuts and the packet doesn't state it either just suitable for vegetarians so I'll check next time think I'll opt for Thorne's when these run out
Do ensure you have sufficient B12 for your B6 and , particularly, since you dont eat meat.
Yes I have plenty of B12 on injections Thank you...
