Loosing my hair.

I am loosing my hair around my hairline. The hair under my arms and other regions are not growing back at all, I am taking vitamins and biotin. Is it the synthroid or am I lacking a certain vitamin. I am bald from my hairline to the back of my ear, on the right side , and its starton the leftside now. Help please.

Could be Levo, I changed to NDT then also took biotin and it grew back within months, all my under arm and pubic hair is really corse, but my eye brows don't grow back when I pluck them

My hair stopped falling out by taking 1000 mg daily biotin and using nioxin 3 step treatment for my hair type..but the biggest change was when I switched to ndt from levothyroxine ...just be mindful that if you get your thyroid bloods done biotin can scew the results (so I read on here not long ago !)so you would have to lay off it (not sure how long for) before you get them taken.Perhaps you should get your iron and b12 tested also ...if they are low that can cause hair loss.
