The only result that is obviously outside normal range is calcium but I couldn't tell you if the result you have is significant as there is probably a lot of context that I'm not familar with.
Your B12 level may or may not be a problem - I say this because you mention gluten sensitivity which can result in B12 absorption problems.
Serum B12 is really difficult to evaluate properly as people vary a lot in how serum levels relate to what is going on at cell level - and it will miss 25% of people who are deficient, but also catch 5% who are.
Suggest that you take a look at the PAS forum and look through the symptoms of B12 deficiency to see if that points to it being likely, though the overlap with thyroid symptoms may make that difficult, so would be useful to know if that is currently well controlled or not.
