Hi could someone explain my bloods please:

TSH 0.05 (0.30-5.00)

T4 19.0 (11.00-22.00)

T3 4.0 (3.1-6.8)

Well, assuming you're taking T4 only, you're not converting it very well. Your FT4 is quite good, but your FT3 is not even mid-range. What you need is a reduction in T4, and some T3 added, but whether you'll ever get that, in the present climate, is another matter. :(

Thanks so much grey goose I have reduced my dose from 125-150 alternate days I did is steadily at 25 every 8 weeks I am at 75 per day now.

My bloods 22 June and they were as follows:-

TSH 0.06 (0.30-5.00)

T4 18.5 (11.00-22.00)

Bloods done 1.12.16

TSH <0.05 (0.30-5.00

T4 19.1 (11.0-22.0)

T3 4.6 (3.1-6.6)
