Help interpreting recent blood test - Advice

Could you please help me interpreting my recente blood test results?

Free T3 2.2 2.3-4.2 pg/mL

Free T4 1.09 0.70-1.58 ng/dL

Iron 38 30-160 μg/dL

Ferritine 6 10 - 291 μg/L

B12 314 246.0-911.0 pg/mL

VitD 29.1 30-80 ng/mL

Currently takin 150mcg of Levo and Cymbalta.

Do you think addin T3 might help?

I will reply in the hopes someone sees it for you. You have quite a few of those results low or under range which need addressing
