I just got new labs after being diagnosed hypo (TSH 16) about 3 months ago. Doc put me on lowest dose (USA) levo and my TSH dropped too low and she reduced the rx ver minimally. I asked her to check T3 and T4 but she declined (surprise, surprise) so I did my own and these are the latest results. Other than TSH being too low (still) the free T3 and Free T4 are ok? . I'm not sure what to ask for next. I feel great, and felt even better before she dropped the dosage but still no complaints - the levo has helped me a lot.
TSH .297 (.45 - 4.5)
Free T3 3 (2.0 - 4.4)
Free T4 1.42 (.82 - 1.77)
B12 - 1488 (211 - 946) My body doesn't utilize B vitamins so this is why - no liver issues
Folate >20 (>3.0)
Vit D 60.0 (30.0 - 100.0)
Iron, serum 91 (27 - 159)
Since I feel fine and the levels are ok except TSH, I know she'll lower it more and I probably need that, but is there anything else I should be asking for/checking in to? Thanks, all.

Yes, you need a new endo! Once you are on thyroid hormone replacement, it doesn't matter how low the TSH goes. It's irrelevant. It's the FT3 the most important number, and yours isn't quite mid-range. Most people need it up the top of the range to feel better. If she lowers your dose again - you don't say how much you're taking, by the way - the FT3 will drop even lower. And, it's low T3 that causes symptoms, nothing to do with the TSH. She is going to make you ill, and keep you ill.
Congratulations on feeling better again. Well, if you feel great, and she decides to lower your thyroid medication, then you won't feel that great anymore, so she must keep you on that dose, or as greygoose said, find someone who understands that this is long term therapy of supplementing hormones into your body, and not a short term course of meds as if you have the flu.
Also, declining to look at your FT3 and FT4 is a sign that your doctor doesn't know what's potting.
