Hiya
So I'm going to be taking my levothyroxine and b12 vits with folate and some selenium. I normally take my Levo as soon as I wake up in the morning. What's the best time to take the b12 and selenium in the day or does it not matter?
Thanks. Pen

I've found that my vitamins/minerals usually state to take with food, so I take mine at lunchtime. It is most common to take levothyroxine first thing on an empty stomach with one full glass of water and wait about an hour before eating.
Generally it's said to take vitamins in the morning and minerals in the evening. B vitamins can be stimulating so those are best taken no later than lunchtime. Selenium as a mineral best taken in the evening. But nothing is set in stone. Make sure that you keep them away from Levo by a couple of hours.
You can take Levo at bedtime. A lot of us find it more convenient and may also work more effectively. But others try it and don't like it.
If you take Levo at bedtime, then can take supplements at breakfast
