That contains enough iron to get the levels moving? (My last ferritin test showed 34 (range 13 - 150) although that was a few months ago. I haven't supplemented so dare say it's no better!)

I know I have already asked about iron but I'm confused when it comes to which one I should buy and how much I should take. I had gastritis a year ago, so I'm concerned about anything to harsh - including the vitamin C being too acidic. I have some gentle iron, and currently taking 2 of those (25mg) but will soon run out.

I feel so angry towards my GP, and frankly robbed of the past 5 years of my life because of suffering from such debilitating fatigue and being told I have 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome', whilst all the time I've probably had low iron/ferritin and low thyroid levels! Yet they say they are 'normal'!!! (My thyroid has only just become outside of range, in their opinion). How long before they start diagnosing people properly, instead of leaving people to suffer?!??

I have hashimotos and coeliac and usually low iron/ferritin. At my last coeliac review my ferritin level was 15. I don't tolerate iron very well so the consultant prescribed a new drug called ferracru, which is very gentle and effective.
