Having had radio iodine treatment 6 years ago I am experiencing underactive thyroid symptoms but do not take thyroxine because thyroid blood tests always come back 'normal'. However I have recently read that taking 75mg aspirin every day may compromise correct blood results. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?

Myasthy,
Normal is a very broad range. Can you post your recent thyroid results and ranges?
Aspirin can suppress thyroid activity so the the level of FT4 in the blood is low.
