I think the RAI may not have worked as TSH has been dropping and is now suppressed. Your GP should check FT4 and FT3 in addition to TSH at your next blood test.
TSH alone isn't sufficient to determine whether or not RAI has worked. It is the fact that your TSH is dropping which makes me suspect it has not worked. I may be wrong. The symptoms you described can be attributed to hyperthyroidism and to hypothyroidism.
I read 10/2/17 as 10th February which is how it is written in UK and assumed from that that your Aug result was the most recent and that TSH was dropping.
As TSH is increasing and FT4 is dropping it looks as if the RAI is working, albeit slowly.
Because I came back from Ireland on Sept 26th, 2017 and set off the red light in customs. I wasnt prepared for that but lucky for me Doctor was in office
