Magnesium oxide 500 mg a day in the evening. Good for tiredness and fatigue as well.

This website answered a lot of questions for me so will definitely be taking magnesium now!
I have been taking this for a week 250 to start with and am going to increase to 500 and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I dont think I can quite believe it?!
Would recommend if you suffer from cramps, aches and pains due to thyroid then give it a go.
Of course I must add if you take other medications check up that you can take Magnesium with them or at a different time to them
