Should NDT and/or T3 be taken on an empty or full stomach? I've read conflicting advice.
Thanks

alibob63 Thyroid hormone should be taken on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with water only, no tea, coffee, milk, etc.

What about decaff tea? Black, decaff tea?

The advice is water only.
I'm not a tea drinker but apparently decaffeinated tea contains more flouride than normal tea, something to do with the water used to decaffeinate it.
