Like many of you I recently learned of the benefit of adding K2 to Vit D3 to encourage the deposit of calcium into bones and teeth, rather than soft tissue and arteries and had thought after reading other articles that the MK7 version was the best option but I have come across articles to suggest that perhaps it is best to go with MK4, see below;

I guess taking both is the safest option until they decide which is better
