Feedback needed please on either Professor Russell Jones in Guildford or Dr Martin Smith in Salisbury

I live in Dorset and am needing to see an Endocrinologist. Due to time restraints, I'm having to go private. I've had both Professor Russell Jones (in Guildford) and Dr Martin Smith (in Salisbury) suggested by my GP. I'd would be very grateful for any feedback please to help me decide who to see. Many thanks
