Hi Sallyann,

I live in the same area and understand how you feel. I asked my GP to refer me to an endo when first diagnosed 3 years ago and did see a consultant at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital which wasn't a lot of help as my case was viewed as being straightforward (has since become more complex). I have researched this and have drawn a blank in terms of the private sector up here. I used to live in London (loads of choice there of course) but my thyroid failed as soon as I moved here. Good luck I would be very interested to know if you track down anyone.

I'd be interested to know too as I've got to move surgeries before I'm asked to leave! It looks like we're fairly close have either of you had experience with pinewood surgery?

That is really close! :-0 I've not heard good things about Burlington Rd! I'm at Ivry St, not for much longer tho!

I used to go to Deben Road - had a really lovely Dr there who explained things well and always had time to listen. Always seem to see someone different at Burlington Road. It's such a shame but these days you seem to have to tell the Dr what's wrong with you rather than ask them!!

Not what you're looking for?
