I have had my first blood test done since being prescribed Levo, unfortunately I can't print the Ft3 results as the surgery are still waiting for them.
But my Ferritin, Folate, Vit D and B-12 are all in.
Could someone please advise the healthy ranges for the above as some of these figures seem low to me

Please let us have the figures with the all-important reference ranges, usually in brackets, as on your copy blood test, when you have them all as many people here can make helpful deductions from them.
FT4 is 22.8.......currently on 150mcg so wondering if dose needs reducing????
FT3 -Pending....really could do with this one to see if it raised in line with increased FT4.
Peroxidase Abs is 30.7
(0-60)
This results are after 8weeks on Levo and still experiencing all usual systems of Hypo along with increased dry skin, thinning hair, constipation and fatigue.
Your MCV and ferritin are both low in range which means that they are basically too low. You would almost certainly benefit from an iron supplement. Iron is essential for your body to use thyroid hormones and low iron can also mean you won't convert T4 to T3 very well.
Your vitamin D and B12 are also too low so you would probably benefit from supplementing them too.
Your symptoms could well be a result of all or some of the above.
I have noticed that there are several posts relating to iron and B-12 etc but tbh struggling to locate everything whilst we are waiting for the full Tags to be listed again.
Would you be able to provide a few pointers on the supplements I should be looking out for?
Iron supplements are a fairly personal thing and I don't really know a huge amount about them. I know that I can take spatone with no problems but you would probably need to take 2 or 3 sachets a day and that could work out expensive. Make sure you take iron with vitamin C and it would be worth taking a good quality B vitamin complex with it too. Jarrows, Swanson and Solgar are good makes but I'm sure there are others.
B12 should be methylcobalamin. Again, the above manufacturers are pretty good. I take the Jarrows 5000mcg tablets.
For vitamin D you need D3. 1000mcg and some sunshine is probably the best way to go. If you are going out in the sun, don't take the D3 that day because you won't need it. Take the D3 on days that you don't go in the sun.
