Best Magnesium to take.

Hi

I am aware the subject of magnesium supplements often come up on the forum and I know there are several different types one can buy but I wonder can anyone advise which is the best to take for the symptoms I suffer.

I have recently started again with twitches in my legs and cramps and flutterings in my claves. My B.P. has risen and I have started with palpitations again. All these can be symptoms of low magnesium.

I take NDT with all the usual supplements and use a magnesium oil spray but have decided a oral magnesium would help but not sure which one to buy, can anyone advise please.

I take Nutri's Magnesium Glycinate high strength. I don't get any unpleasant side effects from it ('The Runs' etc).

I use a liquid one, i believe the one recommended in The Magnesium Miracle: Ionic Magnesium 125. It's the only one I've tried that doesn't give me the runs, and it cures my husband's restless legs.
