Can someone advise please I know I'm undermedicated and currently upped levothyroxine to 75 I have no gland. Does folate seem lowand does thus affect uptake of thyroxine My previous tsh was 15 so a little improvement

You want your folate and ferritin level up to at least half way in the range.

Your vitamin B12 level is fine if you are supplementing it.

Your TSH is too high, your FT3 is too low so you need a dose increase.

Serum B12 levels if you are supplementing whether injections or other wise, just show you have been supplementing. One way of knowing whether your B12 is working is for you to have a full blood count and checking any signs and symptoms.

With your low folate level I would go over to the pernicious anaemia society on health unlocked and ask them for advise on vitamin B12 and folate supplementation as not everyone with low vitamin B12 levels has pernicious anaemia.

I've been off supplements since December so I was going to wait and have the active b12 test when my level drops I was just keeping n eye on it I've been having problems with thyroid levels and when tsh roseto 15 and t3 fell below range and doc refused to up my levothyroxine I took it upon myself to increase and levels starting to get a little better I'm seeing a private endo tomorrow which is why I had these bloods done. I keep telling gp I need to surpress tsh but he doesn't agree he is incompetent he told me t3 wasn't important !

You may not need to suppress tsh, but you do need it to be much much lower, closer to 1. Not sure what this doc thinks he's up to, your tsh is high enough to get you a diagnosis. Do you have the Pulse article? You can email Louise for a copy: louise.roberts@thyroiduk.org.uk
