T3 new to

I have just started taking T3 and have been feeling cold this week, very cold, whereas in the past I was hot all the time, any connection?

Feeling cold may be a sign of under medication. How much Levothyroxine or NDT were you taking and how much T3 are you now taking?

125mcgs Levo and half a tablet of T3 (12.5 mcg)

Well you are under medicated! 40mcg T3 is roughly equivalent to 125mcg. You need to increase dose to 1.5 tablets.

I am still taking 125mcgs Levo alongside T3 but my US practioner has told me to up the T3 to 1 whole tablet this week

I misunderstood. I guess FT3 must be very low if your doctor has raised T3 dose to 25mcg.
