I could edit the post for some reason so here are the references:
TSH .55 (.35-4.94)
FT3 3.2 (2.63-5.70)
FT4 16.77 (9.01-19.05)
ATP >1000 (<5.61)
THYROID ANTIBODIES 11.23 (<4.1)
VIT D 18.80 (10-29) moderately DEFICIENT.

Lebogang,
TSH was low-normal and FT4 in the upper range but you are not a good converter because FT3 was low in range. You should retest 6-8 weeks after you added T3.
Thyroid antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

Is vitD measured in nmol/L or ng/ml?
Lebogang,
If those results were based on taking 100mcg Levothyroxine and you have added 3 x 20mcg T3 you are going to be massively over medicated. T3 is 3 x the strength of Levothyroxine so 60mcg T3 is equivalent to 180mcg Levothyroxine. Even 60mcg T3 without Levothyroxine is likely to over medicate you. In my opinion 20mcg T3 added to 100mcg Levothyroxine would be ample.
I think you should contact your GP or endo and clarify whether you should be taking 3 x 20mcg in addition to 100mcg Levothyroxine.
Thanks clutter since yesterday iv cut down the t4 to 25mcg and have left the t3 at 60 much. I will certainly ask my gp about the dosage. Thanks so much for all the info. I appreciate it a lot. Thanks
So i should reduce FT3 as well?
