Bloods advice on testing

Hi I would like to arrange private bloods as my GP has diagnosed Hashimotos but will only check TSH. I am also anaemic (on iron tabs). I have been gluten free for a week and noticed my skin rashes have improved (although this could be the Levo or iron of course).

Anyway so I can be in the best position to manage my health I would like to get some more bloods done and can order them at the local private hospital. I would be grateful for some advice to make sure I ask for the right tests!

Coeliac screen - tG-IgA

Thyroid antibodies- TgAb and TPOAb

Thyroid hormones- TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Total T4

Vitamin - Vit B12, Vit D, Serum folate, Ferritin

Please get back to me if I've missed something or got the spelling/test wrong as I am new to this and don't want to accidentally order the wrong ones!

This is a link re private labs. I believe Genova and Blue Horizon do pin-prick tests but members who've used them will respond and also advise on bloods, although I think you've covered quite a lot.
