hello all - advice please on supplements - i currently take 200mcg of T4 and 20mcg of t3 (split into 2 doses) - I am about to start B12 loading doses with folate.
I also take HRT and anti depressants and am vitamin D deficient. (Im a bit broken!!)
I take the T4 and T3 at 0630am
Vitamin D and K2 at 1030am
Second T3 dose at 12noon
HRT and anti depressants bedtime
What else would you build into the day and when would you take them?

Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and T3. It's best taken with the fattiest meal of the day as fat aids absorption.
I'm not a fan of shovelling in lots of supplements in unless there are deficiencies but I do think 1,000mcg vitamin C helps boost the immune system. I don't recommend supplementing iron, calcium, vitamin D, or B12 unless blood tests show it is necessary.
Thankyou - sadly my b12 and vitamin d is deficient :0( I have tried taking vitamin d later in the day but it keeps me awake at night and I often find myself in th wide awake club at 3am- any thoughts?
