Okay went and got my results from Specialist. My TSH level is 0.01 below low normal and my T4 Free result is 1.4 reference 0.8- 1.8 ng/dL she doesn't check T3 Free, anyways she told me to take 5 mg of Methimazole once a day. Does anyone think I'm under medicated ? Risking for a heart attack? Just asking anyone that should know. I was first diagnosed almost 4 months ago as having Hashimoto and graves. Thanks so much.

Yes it has, went down to 0.01 the lowest. Now she upped the Methimazole to 5 mg a day from 2.5 a day. Weird cause now I have been breathing better in almost a week, don't see the Specialist till the 22 of this month.
I just started the day before yesterday on 5 mg of Methimazole once a day, let's see what happens. My sons doctor said my Free 4 is good, that they usually go by the free 3 or free 4 they don't rely on TSH level, he was just giving me advice since he is not my doctor, had an appointment for my son, so he asked how I was doing.
