Results of a recent thyroid check..can you all tell me what you think

Hi all I've been on 100mcg and 4 grains of WP thyroid, I feel almost human again, but I think I. yer and scared of my message being reduced.

T4 28

T3 10.5

Will my elevated results cause concern?

Poonam1 , Those numbers do look too high. But we need to know the reference ranges (usually in brackets after your result numbers) to be sure.

Yes, as I thought, your results are way out of ranges.

Your doctor will surely want to reduce your dose. If it was only TSH being too low, and FT4 being too high, you *might* have been able to persuade doctor to let you carry on with the same doses. But FT3 being way over range is definitely cause for concern.

Yes I am. I was oedmas joins ached so much and very sluggish. Dr's didn't care that I wasn't eating as weight gain quickly getting too much to handle. I also had respiratory problems. from being healthy athletice person I went being big and sluggish with brain fog.

The main question is 'how are you feeling' at present?

Your dose of 100mcg of levothyroxine plus 4 grains of WP Thyroid (equals approx 400mcg of levo) you are taking a combined dose of approx equal to around 500mcg of levo.

Do you have signs of taking too much, ie. too hot, fast pulse etc.

Thanks for replying. I'm a little warm but no palpitations or fast pulse rate...I feel better.. bit still Have oedema in ankles , mid section and upper arms. not sure what to do about that. would appreciate advice on how to combat the fluid retention .
