Can someone please tell me if my Thyroid results are okay?

I recently did a private blood test (finger prick test) and the results are back, they say normal but just wanted to ask on here, as so many of you are very knowledgeable.
Stupidly I only purchased the basic package. (I have recently had my vit d, folate etc and all in range)
TSH - 2.55
FT4 - 15.2
FT3 - 4.8
Do you think I can rule out any Hashimotos with these results? My TSH was a lot lower a few months ago.
Also to note, I did the test early morning before food.

But what is meant by normal? Comparator data, to a measured value, are colloquially known as the ‘normal range’. It is often assumed that a result outside this limit signals disease and a result within health. However, this range is correctly termed the ‘reference interval’. The clinical risk from a measured value is continuous, not binary. The reference interval provides a point of reference against which to interpret an individual’s results—rather than defining normality itself. This article discusses the theory of normality—and describes that it is relative and situational. The concept of normality being not an absolute state influenced the development of the reference interval. vitamin B12: 360 ng/L
ferritin: 91.3 microg/L
folate: 18.0 microg/L
vitamin D: 61 mol/L
I did the prick test for thyroid early morning, 8am.
My sister has celiac disease and type 1 diabetes.
I have psoriasis and celiac.
Do you know if I can purchase a test just for the antibodies? Thank you
As you have coeliac disease (autoimmune) your GP should test for Hashimoto’s
Alternatively test privately at next test
You need to test BOTH TPO and TG antibodies
NHS only tests TG antibodies if TPO antibodies are high. On strictly gluten free diet TPO antibodies more likely to be low

B12 and Vitamin D are too low
Folate might be too low, depends on the range

GP will often only prescribe to bring vitamin D levels to 50nmol. Some CCG areas will prescribe to bring levels to 75nmol or even 80nmol

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

When I saw NHS dietitian after endoscopy, confirming severe gluten intolerance, they knew nothing about impact of coeliac or gluten intolerance on vitamin levels
You would think, that all coeliac patients would get help and annual testing of vitamins and understanding how it might impact their essential vitamin levels
It’s so shocking, honestly this forum has been more helpful that any doctor I have seen in the last year. Thank you so much for being so informative

Are you on any thyroid meds?
You need to test thyroid antibodies to know if you have Hashi's. It can also be diagnosed by ultrasound.
