not doing good

3lb on

total weight loss now is 11lb

gotta love being very hypo with high cortisol

oh well next week is a new week

O Mandy sorry to hear that do you do relaxation/breathing or yoga for your cortisol? I've stopped worrying about weight and eating for good gut health going gluten free and now only going for a small relaxing walk instead of twice weekly swimming and now I'm losing an average of a pound a week can't quite understand it but as we know where all individuals!! Good luck

ive not thought about trying anything other than the handfull of pills i take every day

may have to look into something else, these pills are costing a fortune and at the moment a bottle of 120 holy basil lasts me 6 days :( the others aint too bad yet as only taking 8 a day of each

i think the weight gains are not only don to bad foods but im at the point where i prep a meal and im sat the rest of the day i have literally zero energy

dear oh dear , so the naughty step didn't work then ........ so it will have to be '' write out 100 times --- I must be good and strong -- '' , give your wrist a slap , and have an extra celery stick ......... next time your on the naughty step you wont be allowed to have a cushion [ and it has to be uncarpeted ] just to focus you ...... keep going girl , it will work eventually if you want it to ......alan xx

duct tape and super glue would be better i think

fed through a straw at certain times of the day

i had a text off my consultant and im 7lb heavier than i was 6 weeks ago, he couls see every week i wasnt happy with the gains

i re read it today and just sat and cried and reached for chocolate

i need to get off my butt and go shopping to stock up on lots of veggies and meats and keep my slow cooker going all week

tonight im having yesterdays leftover campfire stew which was pulled gammon and tonnes and tonnes of veggies, ive now taken a liking to peppers and ive hated them for years and they are a speed free food which boosts your loss, im waiting on chicken breasts to defrost to add to it along with more veggies and maybe some rice

tomorrow will be another casserole/ stew of some kind

now i just need to step away from the chocolate and cakes allthough i am allowed some lately ive not been happy with some i need all of it

allos getting stocked up on stuff to make a batch of quiche to store in the fridge to snack on, might grab yogurts and make a few slimming world friendly cakes that even if i ate the lot it would be 7ish syns out of my 20 a day allowance (i get 20 a day because of my weight but stick to 15)

will chop a salad and boil some eggs too (salad is all speed)

i need to be prepared with food ready to grab to avoid the pigging out on bad foods like tea and biccies, i can do an entire pack of biscuits dunked in tea :(

im going to try my hardest to get my 2 stone this year

not sure about the duct tape & superglue though ....... UNLESS yes now that's an idea ------ duct tape for the biccy box & superglue for the choccy box ..... might work ............apart from that you seem to have realised some of where you've been going backwards -- that's a positive not to be dismissed , use the knowledge to your advantage . I found a liking for raw peppers [ the big ones ] try cutting 1 into strips wash the strips and use it as a snack food --- the green ones are best for my personal taste --- there are a number of other things you could use in a similar way - trial and error to find them - but maybe that gives you something to think about ? ...... .... what about a second fridge ===== 1 for the naughty things with a padlock on it , and 1 for the mandy things without a padlock ?????? ........ keep going with a bit more determination girl , we all know you've got it --- including you !!!!!.....alan xx

the leftovers i had yesterday was good, theres enough left for lunch today unless i freeze it for another day

doing another campfire stew this time with a pork joint (and it looks like it will have a good bit of crackiling on so will be removing the fat and cooking that in the oven)

we have 2 fridges one for everyday use and one for slimming world, the SW is locked because the dam dogs like to get in it and steal the food lol, wouldbt mind but they dont need to slim down lol

i have faith this week even 1lb is a start as we all know its hard with naff thyroid and adrenals

a couple of points , maybe , your campfire stew -- no good cutting the crackling off [ as good as it may be ] because all the juices have cooked inside the meat and are there when you devour it with the wrong things for you without you even realising ==== new menu is called for methinks possibly ==== second point you need to re-train your doggies to attack the other fridge [ and put the padlock and superglue on that 1 to remind you when you have a hissy moment ....... if you trained hubby I'm certain that a doggie would be easy peasy ...... just focus on what YOU want and how you WILL GET THERE ....... FOCUS , FOCUS , FOCUS ....... btw I hope I get an invite to your celebration when your finally achieve your goal !!!!.......alan xx

the crackling came of while still raw ready to cook later :)

my dogs are the spawn of satan lol they never listen im sure my cross breed has tainted the all, she was so small and poorly when we got her she got away with everything and now shes grown and healthy shes just pure naughty lol

ive got no naughty foods in, i have icecream and mousses in the freezer but im allowed those

todays lunch was leftovers from yesterday topped with cheese .....was so yummy

if i dont get a loss thi week then its down to thyroid and adrenals and ill just have to accept a gain for while until everything i sorted

over the last 3 days ive used 7 peppers, 6 onions, 2 tubs of mushrooms, 1/2 bag of frozen sprouts, 1/4 bag frozen kale, 6 tins of tomatoes, a gammon joint, 3 chicken breasts and a pork joint...lots of chilli flakes and other spices

ive allso got various squashes to find a use for
