I supplement vit d daily with 4000...and the level is ok so is B12....my ferritin is on the lowest but within range and iron as above....how long will it take for iron tablets to kick in??? Can it be the reason why I feel so achy.....and dizzy ...?
Your B12 could be a bit higher, ferritin obviously is on the floor. Low ferritin, as well as causing aches and pains itself can also hinder the effectiveness of your thyroid meds x
Might well be. I used Solgar gentle iron, 2 per day taken with a high strength vit c tablet but it still took months to get my levels up. Mine were also right at the bottom of the range x
omg! This is exactly what is happening to me....achyness, sleep problems, palpitations, tiredness, blood rushes etc....just not well! Please, can you advice me what to do then....increase levo...decrease it....increase t3? Any help would be appreciated...I just cannot go on like this zombie😒
