Cortisol saliva test results

Hi everyone

I've done a saliva cortisol test and wondered if you had any suggestions on what I need to do next, such as supplements, have no idea. Results:

Sample 1 = 33.67 high (7.45-32.56)

Sample 2 = 12.55 high. (2.76-11.31)

Sample 3 = 6.79 ok (1.38-7.45)

Sample 4 = 3.71 ok. (0.83-3.86)

Sum cortisol = 56.7

DHEA Levels:

AM sample 1 = 0.26 (0.25-2.22) low

PM sample 3 = 0.16 (0.25-2.22) low

DHEA mean = 0.21

DHEA:Cortisol Ratio = 0.008 LOW

(0.015-0.150)

I am on 50mg levothyroxine & 20mg T3 (Liothyronine). Iron tablets, 2gm vitamin C, 400mg Selenium, 500mg Magnesium and vitamin A & E. Gluten and Dairy free, reduced sugar. I am a smoker.

Your cortisol is high in all quandrants and this stress hormone does damage. Progesterone may be something that can help.
