2 1/2 gain tonight

im ok with it as had a bad week and massive ankles

It somehow seems less important if you know it's water weight. :-) (And with the heat being what it is, a lot of us are bloated.) Keep at it, you're doing great.

thanks, i did expect more to be honest and was prepared for it as i am for the next few weeks

but i did have a few naughty meals but they were worth it as its been a long time lol

Do you think you're optimised on your meds? I gained a lot of water weight on levo before adding some t3. But of course if you're going to retain fluid this is the time of year when that happens.

Don't think of those meals as naughty, think of them as well-deserved and earned through hard work. :-)

I put on 2 last week water retention is so hard to avoid this time of year . But is it more to do with thyroid or age . Avoiding carbs gluten will help and adding celery melon cuecumber etc and of course water. And fresh lemon water will help . Onwards and downwards .ps remember even if the scales don't show it we are eating healthy for life . It's not a diet . Butif we do slip up every so often we are only human after all x

i seem to swell every summer now, looked up stuff to help and got some dandelion tablets but i only tend to take them when swollen but will start taking them daily

i drink lots of water and eat tonnes of melon as i chop a tub of speed fruit daily that includes a water melon and eat lots of salad, i actually got lemons yesterday for lemon water so ill be chopping and freezing them today

im trying something new this week the scan bran challenge read on a sw page someone did that for 5 days and stuck to plan 100% and lost 15lbs.........im not looking for that kind of loss allthough it would be great i just want to see how it goes, seen some yummy recepies using it

don't worry about it girl , think of the up-side, that's an extra 2 1/2 for you to tackle later !!! .... after all if it aint there in the first place how would you be able to enjoy getting to each of your targets ---- which YOU WILL DO --- and take the pleasure in doing each and every one of them ........ keep on going girl we're all behind you .......alan xxx
