You are positive for TPO antibodies which shows that you have autoimmune hypothyroidism.
TPA - sorry, not sure what this is. Thyroid peroxidase antibody, perhaps? I.e. the same as the TPO antibody? If so this is also positive and is confirming the earlier result. You have autoimmune hypothyroidism, also known as Hashimoto's Disease.
The June 2016 result appears to be for TgAb - Thyroglobulin antibody, and shows that you are negative for this particular antibody.
ATP - sorry, not sure what this is.
I am guessing that "TSH receptors" is referring to Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody (TRAb), but I must stress I am only guessing. Yours is negative, suggesting that you don't have Graves' Disease. But this is not definite because a postive TPO result may indicate Graves's Disease as well.
