Elizzajoe,
You appear to be optimally medicated on T3. TSH is suppressed and FT3 in the top third of range. FT4 is low, as expected, because you are taking T3 only. Antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). If antibodies were previously higher then you still have Hashimoto's but it has damped down, possibly because of suppressed TSH.
CRP and ferritin are good.
PA Society recommend B12 1,000 is optimal so you appear to be optimally medicated and folate is good too.

Thanks so much for your opinion. It's been 6 months now on T3 only. These are my first blood tests. I've eliminated gluten, dairy. It's been 18 years now, do you think these antibodies are down because my thyroid is destroyed and I'm no longer under attack or simply because of the tsh supression.
I'm really pleased to be honest with the results.
Elizzajoe,
Antibodies could be down due to a combination of suppressed TSH and gluten/dairy-free diet or because thyroid gland has been destroyed.
Yes, I thought so. Ok. I was wondering to have a thyroid scan to see if it is completely destroyed. Do you think it's worth it or not.
Thanks again
