Well... you could try taking your first dose of T3 first thing in the morning with your T4.
And the second dose at night, at least two hours after your dinner.
Vitamins C and Bs need to be taken two hours away from thyroid hormone, and with food, so, perhaps with lunch, or even dinner.
Vit D needs to be taken with fat of some sort - although why you want to take it twice a day, I don't know. But, if lunch is four hours away from morning T4 and T3, then you could take it with lunch. And then again with dinner, if dinner is four hours before night dose of T3.
HRT should be taken in the morning, but four hours away from T4 and T3. Which makes that difficult to fit in.
You could take your Citalopram at lunch time, so that it's well away from T4 and T3. And it's best to take it with food.
So, the HRT is the difficult one. What time do you get up? If you get up at seven, you could take your T4 and T3 then, then take the HRT at 11.0. But it's difficult to suggest anything without knowing your daily routine.
I take HRT after breakfast and last thing at night, and T3 in the very early am and the early pm. D3 with breakfast (as it is my fattiest meal) and B12 after breakfast as it dissolves on the way to work. Don't take the others so can't say.
For maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken with water 1 hour before or 2 hours after food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements and oestrogen.
Splitting T3 into 2 or 3 doses evens the peaks and troughs more than taking it in one daily dose. I take T4 morning with 1st dose of T3 and take a second T3 dose at bedtime. T4 may be more beneficial taken at night as absorption may be improved.
I was prescribed 40,000iu D3 daily in one dose. I'm not aware vitD requires split dosing. Vit D should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day to aid absorption. Take it 4 hours away from thyroid meds.
Take HRT tablets 4 or more hours away from thyroid meds and Citalopram 2 hours away from thyroid meds. Sublingual methylcobalamin can be taken at any time.
Are you dividing the dose due to the number of tablets you have been given to take ?
I know some people are prescribed 5-6 x 800IU per day.
I just tell them to go online or to a independent pharmacy and buy the equivalent IU tablets. Then take the prescribed tablets when they are maintenance dosing as then they can take 2-3.
Yes - my dose = 4 tablets - when you add in zinc magnesium Vit a Vit k2 b12 and b complex all of a sudden there's a whole handful of drugs to take and the. Do they all
Counteract each other as the body is trying to absorb them in one go?
I would go and buy the equivalent IU of all your vitamin D tablets combined if you can afford to as you are more likely to remember to take them. If you have to buy slightly over the IU amount that's fine as well as you will raise your levels quicker.
Also unless you know you are deficient in vitamin A and vitamin C I would drop them as both vitamins are easily obtainable from food. This will also decrease the number of tablets you are taking.
You are only advised to take extra vitamin C if you are taking iron supplements as it helps you absorb the iron better. You aren't taking iron so I suspect the majority of the vitamin C you are taking you urinate out.
