Blood test results for B12, ferritin and prolactin

Hi, I have finally managed to get my hands on my results for the above. Would welcome any comments.

prolactin 330 (102-496)

B12 464 (180-700)

Ferritin 85 (15-300)

PA Society advise B12 around 1,000 is optimal.  You could supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin for the other B vits.

Ferritin is optimal >100 through to half way through range.  You could eat more iron rich food or supplement a little iron with vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.

Prolactin is within range. I don't know whether there is an optimal area within range.
