My understanding is that Naturethroid was reformulated shortly after Armour Thyroid, but most users still seem to be doing great on it (unlike Armour which many gave up on after it was reformulated). Does this mean that NT does not contain (as much) cellulose as Armour? If so, what is the difference between NT and WP Thyroid/Westhroid?

If you google 'STTM NDT brands' there is list of all the ingredients of the different brands

The only difference between Nature-throid and WP Thyroid (used to be Westhroid - then Wpure - now WP (both by RLC labs) is that they are hypoallergenic.

No it isn't avaible to purchase in UK. No prescription medication is sold over-the-counter.
Some doctors may be willing to prescribe on a 'named-patient' basis but few do as their guidelines state only levo to be prescribed.
