I started cytomel t3 only today. I'm using the ct3m protocol. I pray  this helps. I have tried so many thyroid meds.

I hope it works for you to. I am well on T3 only but I just take one daily dose and that works for me.

I've been through synthroid for 4 years than synthroid/cytomel then armour than wp thyroid. Nothing works for more than 3 months. T3 only is a choice I made after reading ever all books

Thanks for the info. Your right my endo dr only agreed to a trial of t3 only because nothing else has helped. I'm trying the ct3m method but I might see if I can take it once or twice a day because it's really hard to wake up at 330 and take the t3. I have to look into the impaired sensitivity to thyroid hormone. I am not sure if I have that. I do know I cannot convert t4 to t3. That's why no t4/t3 combo has worked. I get very low cortisol and hypo like symptoms on any  med with t4. It's my second day on t3 only. So I have to give it some time to see.

Have you had your nutrients tested?

vit D

vit B12

folate

ferritin

Because nothing is going to work if they aren't optimal.

Yes I had everything tested and after 1 year of supplements and vitamins everything is optimal

Good. But, you do need to continue testing occassionally because levels could drop again.
