Hi people, just to say how much better iI feel thanks to this forum my curious mind and patience

around seven months ago I had my bloods done because of many symptoms ....yes you know them...exhausted. hair loss .constipation, cough,.eyebrows half gone ,to name a few.My sister has graves and my Mum is unde ractive so I kind of recognised some of the problem.Yep you got it ,,,,,,,,everything was NORMAL with my blood tests...(not)I obtained a copy and asked for help on here. For six months I addressed my very low iron and ferritin along with 1000 mg of Vitamin c , B12 for my low levels and selenium.I felt much better after six months but still not quite myself Took the plunge and I am trying Thyrovanz 100mg every morning with water and then waiting for an hour before food and drink.

All this I have done on my own and my theory is that if after a while i feel thing get worse I will change what I take but so far everything I have done has helped a little bit at a time and I feel Im getting there.I have only been on Thyrovanz for three weeks so its early days yet.I try to read and be informed and be very wary.My point is Helping yourself can work.Thank you to this page and the people who post.Any feedback would be welcome.

ps slight problem with Thyrovanz I dont know the amount of active ingredients so have emailed them to ask? and its such a new brand so not much history there.

I hadn't heard of this NDT previously and this is an extract:

What are the exact ratios of T4 and T3 in Thyrovanz?

Thyrovanz is classed as a whole food dietary supplement with each capsule containing the natural contents of the bovine thyroid glandular which include thyroid hormones T4, T3, T2, T1 and Calcitonin. However being a natural product the relative amounts of these hormones have not been established.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

I note it is made in New Zealand and I know of another product very similar which also was invented by Dr John Lowe. In this link if you look at my response it gives more details.

I have ordered Thyrovanz and just started my first dose this morning. I've been on varying amounts of Levaxin for years. Doctors in Norway are even less prone to prescribe NDT for hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's than other countries, and rather than fork out a LOT of money to go private, I thought I'd go the OTC route.

I'd be very interested to hear about your and others' experiences with Thyrovanz! And I will try to update as well.

Great, thank you for posting! Please let me know how you get on.I now take 2 capsules on waking with a large glass of water and wait for at least an hour before food or drink. I still dont know the Ratios so in the dark as to how much of what I am taking? I had no reply to the email,so I may try another brand for this reason. Good Luck
