Private Endo recommendations please Oxon - or 50 miles radius? One who prescribes Armour or T3 or both, and bases on how you feel not TSH?

Can anybody PM me please with any recommendations of a private Endocrinologist, within a 50 mile radius of Thame, Oxfordshire (OX9 postcode) so we are bordering quite a few different counties:

The endocrinologist must treat according to symptoms and how you feel, rather than be hung up on a suppressed TSH figure in a blood test. And one who prescribes Armour or T3 or both.
