t3 is for short time usage only, it gives you palpitation and not good for the heart, that why is giving prior (fast working, short live) RAI and just few days after it.
Dr Skinner increased meds and made me better but now he's here no longer nhs want to make me I'll again

That's not always true, hayo6. Many people around here find they need T3 either in addition to or instead of T4 to get well. But it's not always easy to find GPs or Endocrinologists who are confident in using it.
