jacrjacr, FT3 is just in the top third of range which is good. It looks to me that you are optimally dosed. It took several months for my hair loss to stop after my FT3 was good.

Hi jacrjacr. I was in the same position as you 10 weeks ago. I used Plantur shampoo with caffeine for the first time and my hairloss was much less and the second time I used it there was no hairloss, amazing. I think it was down to the shampoo as it was too early for the NDT to work. But I am feeling much better now after I dose throughout the day, getting used to the times usually every 4 hours. If having a stressful time and feeling a bit low I might add in a bit more. Feel like I am running on good quality oil now.
... this is still on 2 grains...but I have started having
paps at night when I lay down and sometimes later in evening before I go to bed.
It is like a racy heart. I have never had this problem ever
When i tried to see how 1.5 grains worked, then I had that strange feeling like I needed more like a ache in neck or headache but not really a headache.
I wonder is this too much 2 grains?
Blood test also showed borderline
low chloride 97 ( 98-110),
leukocyte esterase 2+
,b12 652 ( 200-1100),
ferritin 85 (10-232) been taking a little iron to see if hair loss connected to iron.
I take magnesium every night and the usual vitamins around 6pm.
