I have pernicious anaemia and self inject B12 every other day, PA sufferers say to take vit D and K2 ??

Icunliffegizmo123, best to have a vitD blood test to see whether, or how much, to supplement rather than dose by guess. It's fine to supplement D3 and K2 after hemithyroidectomy.
