Very interesting article about zinc by Izabella Wentz. It says here that you need optimal zinc to be able to convert T4 to T3. So, that's another test to add to the list!

had mine done this morning along with Magnesium and Selenium

The magnesium test will come out in-range, they always do, because they only test what's in the blood, not in the cells. And the body keeps up the level of magnesium in the blood to the detriment of the cells.
